I am currently Head of Talent at the Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL) and collaborating professor in the Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at the UOC.

My scientific interests focus on aspects related to happiness at work, leadership models and the impact of ICT in the health environment.
