PhD in Strategy and Marketing. Doctoral Thesis: Managing the image of the destination in the context of tourism 2.0. Strategic recommendations for Destination Marketing Organizations (OMD). Diploma of Advanced Studies in Communication. International Master in Information Society and Knowledge. Postgraduate Diploma in Business Communication, specializing in digital communication technologies. Higher Diploma in Tourism. And Degree in Communication Sciences, specialty advertising and public relations.

Currently she is coordinator of cybersociety at BIT Foundation in Palma (Mallorca) since 2009. She had previously served as coordinator of digital communication at iBit Foundation since 2001.

She was co-Author of “Visibility. How to manage online reputation”. Management 2000 (2009) and co-Curator of the exhibition “Digital Identity: Who are you on the Internet?” (2008). And coordinator of en.red.ando master in digital communication. Barcelona (2000).

Interested in research on digital identity, online reputation, image of tourist destinations, and recently the creation of trust in collaborative platforms economy.

She teaches both classroom training and on-line on these issues and has collaborated with various training centers: Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, Universitat de les Illes Balears, IDEC – Universitat Pompeu Fabra, University CEU Cardenal Herrera, CEP Palma (Training Centre of Professorat ), Teacher Training Center of Castilla-La Mancha, Centre d’informació Balear – Documentation per the joventut – Govern de les Illes Balears, Palaflugell City Council, Youth Institute. Ministry of Health, FUNDECYT – XXVII International Youth Cabueñees, SOIB (Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears), Fundació BIT, en.red.ando.
