Diana Tat

I completed by bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering domain (Politehnica University of Bucharest, 2023), conducted entirely in English. I joined the intra-university Master of Computer Vision in Barcelona, hosted by UAB. I am currently working on my master’s dissertation titled “A Study of Automatic Emotion Recognition in Children Aged 3 to 5 Years”, coordinated by Lucrezia Crescenzi and Agata Lapedriza. During my bachelor’s degree I had two Erasmus+ exchange experiences. The first one was a semester exchange at Valencia Polytechnic University, and the second one was an internship at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. During the internship I was working in the computer vision field, working with cameras, camera sensors and microcontrollers. This experience plus an Image Processing course I took in my 4th year sparked my passion for computer vision, further motivating me to continue my studies in this field. Work wise, I am currently working as ServiceNow developer.
