It explores the visions and objectives shaping educational leadership and assesses the impact of leadership practices on improving education quality.

Effective leadership is essential for ensuring high-quality education. There is increasing recognition that educational leadership significantly influences learning outcomes, ranking as the second most important factor. Leadership plays a crucial role at various levels, from school-based positions to broader roles such as middle managers, policymakers, and government officials involved in legislation and oversight.
