M.Mar Sabadell-i-Bosch’s main research activities lie within the legal fields of labour, employment and organisations. She also studies the determinants of virtual university quality.

Mar Sabadell-i-Bosch’s main research activities lie within the legal fields of labour, employment and organisations. In particular, she studies the transformation of work arising from the diffusion of ICT and its implications on corporate responsibility for health and safety.
Currently, Mar Sabadell-i-Bosch focuses on how appropriate virtual working is as a flexible working from the legal perspective. She also carries out research in e-learning, with an orientation on virtual university quality and virtual learning environments.
She is a lecturer in law at the UOC’s Faculty of Economics and Business and a member of the DigiBiz at the UOC. DigiBiz is accredited as a “Consolidated Research Group” by the Government of Catalonia in Spain (Generalitat de Catalunya, 2014 SGR 571).
