Alexandre Pichel-Vázquez


Alexandre Pichel-Vázquez is a pre-doctoral researcher at University Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) as well as two MA: one in Communication from the University of Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and another one in Gender Studies from the Inter-University Women and Gender Studies Institute (IIEDG). Currently, he has the support of the University Professor Training Program (Ref. FPU19/04981, Nov. 2020-Oct. 2023) of the Ministry of Universities for the completion of his doctoral thesis. His work focuses on how the assemblage among gender, bodies, and affects are held in the Spanish far-right.
