Licenciado en Psicología (Universidad de Valencia). También es Doctor en Psicología (modalidad doctorado europeo) por la Universidad de Valencia.

Sus intereses de investigación se centran principalmente en el estudio de los procesos y resultados en equipos de trabajo que se comunican mediante las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación. Otros temas de investigación son el estudio del conflicto inter-grupal, así como la calidad del servicio en las organizaciones, y la cultura organizacional. La investigación llevada a cabo da cobertura a diferentes niveles organizativos, como el nivel grupal, inter-grupal y organizacional.
