Alberto Poza Poyatos

Alberto Poza Poyatos has completed postgraduate studies in Sinology at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and in Gender Studies at the Central European University. During his time as an FPI predoctoral fellow at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, he contributed to the ALTER research group and completed research stays at prestigious centers in Taiwan and Hong Kong. He is currently Associate Professor of East Asian Studies at the Autonomous University of Madrid and a literary translator of Queer fiction from the Sinophone world into Spanish.
