Researcher and international advisor on digital technologies (DT) applied to education; trainer of trainers in the use of DT-supported active pedagogies; creator and assessor of training courses benefitting from or supported by DT, and advisor on strategic planning and educational innovation. He is full professor at Colombia's Universidad de los Andes (UNIANDES) and senior advisor on educational innovation at the Centro de Innovación en Tecnología y Educación (Conecta-TE), UNIANDES Faculty of Education, Bogotá.
