With a background in the field of experimental sciences, the current focus of Xavier Baraza-Sanchez’s R&D activities centres on flexible work, and leadership models that consider their impact on psychosocial risk. He also devotes part of his R&D activity to e-learning as a tool for the development of professional skills.
He is the Director of the UOC’s Master’s Programme in Occupational Health and Safety and a member of the UOC’s DigiBiz R&D group –which is credited as a Consolidated Research Group by the Generalitat of Catalonia (2014 SGR 571).
